Below are instructions for logging in to Cambridge Healthtech Events, our virtual conference platform and onsite event app.
- View the complete schedule and customize your agenda
- Browns and navigate sponsors and exhibitors
- Schedule 1-on-1 Networking meetings with fellow attendees (In-person or virtual)
Here's how it works:
STEP 1:
Download our onsite event app from the App Store or Google Play - or sign in to Cambridge Healthtech Events with your browser
STEP 2:
Enter the email address used when registering to receive your personalized login link
STEP 3:
Define a password and complete your profile to finish setting up your account
STEP 4:
Join the Immuno-Oncology Summit Europe Community
1-on-1 NETWORKING Tips (In-Person and Virtual):
Add to your "About Me" to enhance your profile:
- Upload a profile picture
- Write a quick bio to introduce yourself
- Take a moment to add relevant interest tags to your profile. Then search and connect with participants who have the same interests.
Define your availability:
- Open the My Event tab, then select My Meetings
- Define the timeslots you are available to meet
Send a Meeting Request:
- Scroll through the Attendees tab
- Use the filter and search to find relevant connections
- Click on a profile, write a custom message, and define a time and meeting location. Ribbons will indicate if the attendee is participating In-Person or Virtually
- In-person attendees: Define an on-site meeting location. We will have dedicated networking tables and meeting times at the conference venue
- Virtual attendees: Select the "Video Call" option
Please note: When you accept a connection request from a fellow attendee, your profile including your email address will be visible to the attendee.
If you wish to opt-out of 1-on-1 Networking, you can do so by going to the Attendees tab and changing your visibility settings.
